He is survived by: his wife Thelma Campbell Hawks of Newbern, Tennessee; his children, Anthony Hawks, Jr. (Jerrie) of RoEllen, Tennessee, Shannon Hawks of Newbern and Amanda Morris of Hickman, Kentucky; his stepparents, Ann Hawks of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Jesse Blackwell of Munford, Tennessee; his siblings, Charlie Hawks, II (Thomas) of Memphis, John Carver (Dina) of Covington, Douglas Carver, Sr. (Kelly) of Covington, Lee Carver (Donna) of Millington, Tennessee, Patricia Moore (Keith) of Dyersburg, Mary Butler of Newbern, Laura Rolley (Steve) of Graham and Lisa Dodd (Paul) of Adamsville, Alabama; his grandchildren, Brooke White (Josh), Heather Bertram, Gia Rhoad, Tanner Williams, Kimber Hoselton and Peyton Hawks; and his great grandchild Parker White.
