She was predeceased by: her parents, Mogie McKnight and Beatrice Bethel McIntosh; her husband Farris R. McIntosh; her son Jeffery McIntosh; and her siblings, Sidney S. McKnight, Violet Stout, Vinie Phillips and Betty Murray.
She is survived by: her son Durand McIntosh (Tina) of Nashville, Tennessee; her sister Saundra Combs of Newbern, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Jackson Ray McIntosh, Elizabeth Holly McIntosh, Melissa McIntosh Carpenter, John Robert McIntosh, Taylor Cross and Savanah Cruse; her great grandchildren, Noah Stagner, Jack McIntosh, Benjamin McIntosh, William McIntosh, Eliana McIntosh and Emma Carpenter; and her niece Holly Combs.
The family asks that memorial contributions be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105-9959.
