He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Jo Collins; his parents, Conley Collins and Anna Lee Collins; and his brother Von Collins. He is survived by: his children, William R. Collins II (Jessica) of New Tazewell and Lisa Beason of New Tazewell; his grandchildren, Brad Beason of Knoxville, Qurstin Collins-Massengill (Austin) of New Tazewell, William R. Collins III and Hannah Moyers of Tazewell; and his great grandchild Harper Beason of Greenville, SC.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
