He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Farley Webb of New Tazewell, TN; his children, Sabrina Webb of Gate City, VA, Patrick Farley (Watts Creek) and Ricky Webb of New Tazewell, TN; and his siblings, Basil Webb, Verline Joseph, Rosemary Broughton and Dallia Le.
