He is survived by: his father Archie Collins; his sister Dana Johnson; his children, Stephen Collins (Lindsay Collins) and Rebecca Brown; his grandchildren, Austin, Casey, Victoria, Patricia and Allen; his nephew Wesley Johnson; his niece Stefanie Spillum; and his siblings, Johnny Grooms, Chuck Grooms and Gladys Heitzler.
