She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Noe and Maggie Noe. She is survived by: her siblings, Beatrice Kreps, Henry Noe, Joe Noe, Coy Noe, Gillis Noe, Ray Noe and Charles Noe; her children, Eddie Cook and Dennis Cook; her grandchildren, Micah Cook and Nikki Sandefur (Matthew); her great grandchildren, Malachi Sandefur, Ean Sandefur, Kamden Sandefur and Shelby Sandefur; her brother Doug Noe; and also Kim Cook. She is also survived by son and daughter-in-law.
