He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Upton, Verlon and Alan Clark Upton; his wife Charlene Green Upton; his daughters, Connie Guy (David) and Amy Jo Upton; his grandchildren, Anthony Guy, Amber Guy, Allison Ketter (Aaron), Jacob Guy (Chris), Makenna, Peyton and Alexis Guy; his great grandchildren, Ryan Urban, Alaina, Daniel, Aubrie Guy, Colton, Carter Guy, Carson Davis and Caiden Ketter; his siblings, Wayne Upton, Lee Upton and Judy Upton McCreedy; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Green and Joann Green Venable. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
