He was predeceased by: his father Ogden Miller; his wife Frances Harbin Miller; his son Raymond Terry Miller; his siblings, Ralph Miller, Jack, Willie Miller, Clara Miller and Elsie Maryanski; and his son-in-law Gary Ikerd.
He is survived by: his daughters, Joan Ikerd Nesler of Mayfield, Phyllis Siler (Tom) of Speedwell and Pam Brooks (Mark) of New Tazewell; his daughter-in-law Mary Miller of Pineville, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Chris Miller of Richmond, Beth Mohon (Brian) of Mayfield, Jason Miller of Pineville, Phillip Siler of Speedwell and Madison Brooks of New Tazewell, Tennessee; his great grandchildren, Beau Mohon of Evansville, Briley Mohon of Mayfield, Breece Ellen Mohon of Mayfield, Tayle Miller of Pineville, Terri Miller of Flat Lick, Regan Siler of Speedwell and Junie Miller of Richmond, Kentucky.; his grandsons, Terry Christopher Miller and Brian Mohon; and his nephews, Bill Harbin and Jim Mills. He is also survived by son, as well as many other nieces, nephews and friends.
