We are sad to announce that on August 13, 2022, at the age of 65, Pauline Jewell Tate of New Tazewell, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cecil and Dewie Mustard (Smallwood); and her siblings, Flora Elizabeth Mustard and Johnny Ray Mustard. She is survived by: her sons, Darrell Tate and Jason Tate; and her siblings, Patricia McIntosh of Harrogate, Della Shoffner of Sharps Chapel and Terry Glenn Mustard of Harrogate. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made for funeral expenses at the funeral home.
