With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma I Brooks (New Tazewell, Tennessee), who passed away on September 18, 2021 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Rodriguez and Maria Rodriguez. She is survived by: her husband Tommy Brooks; her sons, Justin Brooks, Savonah Washburn and Victor Brooks; her grandchildren, Connor Bolden, Austin Brooks, Izabella Brooks and Aiden Brooks; her sisters, Carmen Rodgriguez and Garcia Rodriguez; and her close friends, Kathy, Tracey and Whitley. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and a host of many other relatives and friends.
