It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nora Loretta Shelton (New Tazewell, Tennessee), born in Middlesboro, Kentucky, who passed away on October 14, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Charles Chadwell; her husband Charles Shelton; and her sisters, June Chadwell and Velma Rowland. She is survived by: her parent Etha Whitmore Chadwell.
