He is survived by: his mother Beverly Rhyne; his stepfather James Rhyne; his father Gerald Parker; his stepmother Elizabeth Parker of Tazewell; his siblings, Rene McLain (David) of New Tazewell, Nikole Golden (Johnny) of Clinton, TN, Dru Rhyne (Barb) and Shane Rhyne (Tamara) of Crossville, TN; his niece Brittany Buckner (Chase) of Maynardville; his nephew Zac McLain of New Tazewell; and his close friend Neta Munsey.
