He is survived by: his children, Kathy Houston (Marvin Houston) of Jefferson City, TN, Janice Hodge (Johnny Hodge) of Morristown, TN and Melford Goins of Morristown, TN.; and his siblings, Clarence, Manuel Goins of New Tazewell, TN and Shirley Ann Snodrgrass. He is also survived by Seven grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews.
