She was predeceased by: her father Allen Hopper; and her half-sister Leslie Ann Bruner. She is survived by: her mother Lois Bruner (Paul); her children, Ashley Nicole Thornton, Joshua Adam Smith and Edward Alexander Stevenson; her grandchildren, Kalynn Thomas, Kristopher Foister, Nickolas Foister, Kaden Smith, Landon Smith, Gage Smith and Avery Thornton; her siblings, Mark Hopper, David Hopper, Karol Beth Jones and Rachel Bruner; and her nieces and nephews, Brandon Smith, Jarred Jones, Greyson Hopper, Jordan Warf, Noah Hopper, Lauryn Hopper, Danielle Peace, Paige Hopper, Isabella Hopper, Emily Bruner and Trinity Russell. She is also survived by cousins and many other loving relatives and friends.
