He is survived by: his daughter Joanie Middleton Shuler (Kenny); his siblings, Smith Middleton of Maynardville, TN, Bryan Middleton (Pat), Ben Middleton (Julie), Elizabeth Young (Ken), Thelma Pace (Harlan), Renee Bingham (Bruce) and Verda; and his grandchildren, Becky, Mattew Freeman and Alyssla Shuler. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
