He is survived by: his mother Christene Rosenbalm (Cline); his wife Judy Rosenbalm (Payne); his daughters, April (Anthony Fultz) and Allison (Tracy Lawson); his grandchildren, Katie Fultz, Sophie and Noah Lawson; his uncle Royal; and his aunt Janis Cline.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Claiborne-Overholt Funeral Home Chapel (1106 TN-33, New Tazewell, TN 37825). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Burch Cemetery (5168 Lone Mountain Rd, New Tazewell, TN 37825).
