He was predeceased by: his parents, David Parks and Arilla Stokes Parks. He is survived by: his children, Jason Parks and Heather Parks; his grandchildren, Joseph Hickman and Hunter Parks; his great grandchild Morrison; his siblings, Larry Parks, Randall Parks, Martin Parks, Shane Parks, Travis Parks, Avannah Bryant, Pamela Jines and Sherry Parks; and his cousin Lawernce "Junebug" Lynch.
