He is survived by: his son Buzz Collett of Middlesboro, KY.; his grandchildren, Jacklyn Collett and Emerson Collett; his siblings, Matt Johnson Jr. (Juanita) of Middlesboro, KY., Geraldine Vaughan of Patterson, AR and Loretta Singleton (Joe) of New Tazewell, TN.; and his niece Bonnie Singleton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
