She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Paul Mullins and Fronia Turner; her husband Richard Saylor; her son Brandon Powell; her stepdaughters, Shelley Scenseney (Dale) and Leslie Saylor; her grandchildren, Chelsea Monroe (Caleb), John Powell and Miles Powell; her great grandchildren, Rylan, Bailee Powell, Logan and Emma Monroe; her uncle Jimmy Wood (Phyllis); and her pets, Max and Maddie.
