She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Walton and Louvicie Hubbard Walton; her husband Laymon Miller; and her siblings, Gertrude Mills Jackson, Gracie Barnett, Ruby Alford, Joe and Dan "Dewattie" Walton.

She is survived by: her son Laymon Kent Miller (Bernice) of New Tazewell, TN; her sister Daisy Messer of Barbourville; her grandchildren, Durinda Kay Miller Campbell (Jason) of Knoxville, TN and Jason Kent Miller (Gwen) of Melbourne, FL; her great grandchildren, Devin Alexander Campbell, Halle Isabella Campbell, Laymon Bradley Miller, Mary Grace Miller and Abby Reece Miller; and her niece Jan Never of Artemus.
