Joyce Lee Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce Lee of New Tazewell, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 27, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pascal Sharp (Big Eye) and Alma Sharp (Sowder); her siblings, Ralph, James Claudie, Luna, Monteray Sharp, Lorene Collins, Dottie Williams, Bessie Jane Johnson and Hilda Braden; and her nephew Mike Sharp.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Lee; her son Garry Lee; her brothers, Bob Sharp and Fred West; her siblings-in-law, James Braden and Martha Sharp; her sister Mildred Sharp (Angela Sharp); her niece Melissa (Philip Shockley); and her close friends, Darlyndia Meyers, Inez Brogan, Peggy DeBusk and Peggy Cole. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cooke-Campbell Mortuary (220 TN-61, Maynardville, TN 37807). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM. A procession was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
