He was predeceased by: his nephews, David Johnson, Johnathan Johnson and Tim Hensley. He is survived by: his siblings, Burton Johnson of Monroe, MI. and Lillian Hensley of Ewing, VA.; his nephew Lane Hensley; and his nieces, Sharon Parsons, Dixie Johnson, Carolyn Pendleton and Sandra Wooton.
