It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Allen Rhyne of New Tazewell, Tennessee, who passed away on September 7, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ralph, Dorothy Rhyne (Andersonville), Elmer, Paula Rhyne (Knoxville), Glenn, Barbara Rhyne (Clinton), Nancy, Thomas Lane (Claxton), Daniel and Susan Rhyne (Maynardville); his brother-in-law Clyde Dempsey of Charlotte, NC; his son Michael Parker (New Tazewell); his grandchildren, Jared and Jordyn Parker (New Tazewell); and his great grandchild Madlyn Rhyne (Clinton).
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Ann Rhyne (Boggess) of New Tazewell; his children, Dru, Barbara Rhyne of Cleveland, TN, Shane, Tamara Rhyne (Knoxville), Nikole, Johnny Golden (Clinton), Rene and David McLain (New Tazewell); his grandchildren, Holly Rhyne (Clinton), Tre Rhyne of Cleveland, TN, Jennifer, Will Bontekoe (Chattanooga), Jadeyn Parker (Maynardville), Jacob Parker (New Tazewell), Kyle, Kobe, Tirany Tollett (Knoxville), Brandon Golden (Knoxville), Brittany, Chase Buckner (Knoxville) and Zachary McClain (New Tazewell); and his siblings, Dorothy Dempsey of Charlotte, NC, Jack, Marie Rhyne (Maynardville), Carolyn and Doug Legg (Clinton).
