He is survived by: his wife Carol Adams; his son Anthony Adams (Marlena); his grandchildren, Nathan Adams, Madison Adams, Aaron Adams, Anthony Adams Jr. and Drake Adams; and his sister Wilma Cardwell (Bob). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
