He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Walker and Leona Walker; and his parents-in-law, Flonza and Bessie Barker. He is survived by: his cousin Ben Walker; his siblings, Leonard Walker (Anna Mae), Bill Walker (Lizzie Mae), Mylus Walker, Ada Cole (Lloyd) and Bonnie Bliss (Gene); his brothers-in-law, Basil Barker, Corum Keck and Bob Ogle; his wife Peggy Barker Walker; his children, Gary Walker (Tammy) and Donna Barnard (Steve); his grandchildren, Lance Barnard (Mary), Brandon Barnard (Makayla), Joshua Barnard, Samantha Arnold (Blake), Shannon Lieblong (Joshua) and Amy Barnard; his great grandchildren, Kayla Norwood (Josh), Matthew Johns, Tyler Johns (Savannah), Riley Barnard, Cooper Barnard, Landon Barnard, Bryleigh, Isabel Walker, Judah, Hazel Arnold, Audrey and Jacob Lieblong; his siblings, Jay Walker (GiGi), Bobby Walker (Judy), Dora Keck and Kathleen Ogle; his sisters-in-law, Muriel Walker and Gloria Barker; and his grandsons, Chris Walker, Joshua Lieblong, Blake Arnold, Matthew Johns, Tyler Johns, Riley Barnard, Cooper Barnard and Landon Barnard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
