He is survived by: his daughter Gracie Riggs Kendrick (Robert); his granddaughters, Kinley G. Kendrick and Emersen K. Kendrick; and his siblings, William Riggs, Claude Riggs (Dianne), Jeanette R. Moody, Mary J. Penley and Kathy Riggs. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
