It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Minton of New Tazewell, Tennessee, who passed away on February 4, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frances Minton to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Minton and Mae Greer Minton; and her brother James H. Minton. She is survived by: her sister Ruth M. DeBusk; her sister-in-law Ruby S. Minton; and her nieces and nephews, Dr. Alfred J. DeBusk (Sandy), Dr. Charles H. DeBusk (Cindy), Beth Hugueley (Dan) and Becky Leach (Mark).
