He is survived by: his parents, Joe Maples and Della Maples; his daughter Nikki; his son-in-law Elijah Earl; his granddaughter Macey Earl; his brother Dale; his sister-in-law Connie Maples; his nieces, Heather Sutton (Jamie) and Jaclyn Maples (Joshua Phipps); and his nephew Joshua Maples (Samantha).
