He is survived by: his children, Angel (Bill Gilbert Taylor), Brandon Ramsey (Natacha Ramsey) of Kingsport and Eric Ramsey of New Tazewell, TN; his husband Jay Harrell Smith of Tazewell; and his granddaughters, Kelsie Tagavilla of Memphis, Katherine Stewart of Sneedville and Several. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
