He is survived by: his father Harold Denver Johnson of Tazewell, Tennessee.; his daughters, Hannah Setser of Hamilton Ohio and Claudia Johnson of New Tazewell, Tennessee.; his grandchildren, Levi Bowling and Reagan Little Page of Hamilton, Ohio.; and his siblings, Wanda Harvey, Ruby Collins, Connie Johnson of Claiborne County, Tennessee., Dean, Ernie, Billy and Jack Johnson of Claiborne County, Tennessee..
