With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Sue Fletcher-Hall (New Tazewell, Tennessee), who passed away on February 11, 2020 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmie Nicely and Anna B. Munsey; her brother Stevie R. Nicely; and the father of her children William Mitchell Fletcher. She is survived by: her children, Tracy Cosby (DeWayne Lovin) and Michael Allen Fletcher; her grandson Logan Cosby (Jennifer Woodward); and her close friends, Kathy Standifer, Janet Venable and Teresa Morrison. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
