He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Collins (Ruth); his parents, Edgar Collins and Pearl Collins; his sister Retha; and his brother-in-law Arthur Johnson.
He is survived by: his brother Randolph. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
