He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Frank, Barbara Chittum, Robert and Ruby "Button" Thomas. He is survived by: his children, Blakleigh Chittum and Easton Chittum; his parents, Jeff "Scrubb" Chittum and Sarah Thomas; his sister Abby Chittum; and his aunts and uncles, Melissa, Noble Short, Greg, Luann Thomas, Robert and Faye Thomas.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to Blake Chittum Memorial, c/o Annette Osborne at First State Bank 1820 Cumberland Ave. Middlesboro, Ky. 40965 for his children.
