He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arch Payne and Delia Payne; his siblings, Ken, J. B. and Ruby; his wife Judy; his daughter Jodi (Bobby Morelock); his sister Diana (Bryan Cole); his stepdaughter Katherine Harmon; and his grandsons, Andy, Sam and Josh Harmon.
