She was predeceased by: her father Terry Mullins; and her grandmother Sylvia Brooks. She is survived by: her mother Lisa Brooks of New Tazewell, TN; her grandfather Odell Brooks of New Tazewell, TN; her siblings, Joshua Brooks, Terry Mullins, Jr., Adam Mullins, Jennifer Mullins, Terra Mullins Tipton, Candice Mullins and Patsy Morris; her children, Ashlyn Torra, Kylie Casteel, Joseph Torra and Jaxson Casteel; and her grandchild Akilyn Griggs. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
