With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wilma E. Byrd of New Market, Tennessee, who passed away on January 4, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lonnie Byrd; her parents, Louis Boatman and Stella Boatman; and her siblings, Don Boatman, Mac Boatman and Donna Guinn.
She is survived by: her sons, Ray Byrd (Kim), Leslie Byrd and Bruce Byrd; her grandchildren, Tim Byrd (Ashley), Regina Freitas (Rob), Nick Byrd (Miranda), B. J. Byrd (Brittany), Micah Byrd (Kaitlyn), Hank Byrd and Chloe Byrd; and her siblings, Margaret Southerland and Johnny Boatman. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
