He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Parker; his sons, James Parker (Robin) and Kenneth Parker; his grandchildren, April Parrott (Alex), Josh Parker, Bridgette Kidd (Josh), Kaitlyn Parker and Hailey Parker; his great grandchildren, Rylee Parker and Oaklyn Stroup; and his siblings, Carolyn Thomas, Don Parker and Bob Parker (Patty). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
