He was predeceased by: his wife Grace Moore; his parents, Bill Jarnigan and Ina Mae Jarnigan; and his children, Robert Lynn Langston, William Moore Jr. and Barbara Sue Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Phillip Moore (Ann) and Geraldine Wood (Tommy); and his grandchildren, Joann Merriman (Brian), Amanda Reese (Conley), William Moore (Tasha), Cristy Hopkins (Eric), Elizabeth Knight (Justin) and Angela Keasling. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; and several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
