She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Cecil Lee and Amanda Moore Raines; her siblings, Cecil Lee Raines, Jr. and Betty Shipmon; her husband William C. Jeter; her children, Michael Jeter, Kim Jeter Santa Marta (Sara), Gina Barham, Amanda Parsons, Emily Jeter of Alexandria, VA and Lori Wicker (Ken); her grandchildren, Jonathan Jeter, Aubrey, Rylee Parsons, Sam, Anna, Ben, Nathan and Eli Wicker; and her great grandchildren, Etta Fields, Titus and Maisy Ashburn.
