She was predeceased by: her husband Paul E. Dugger; her son Richard Dugger; her grandson James Paul Conner; her parents, A. H. Howard and Elizabeth Howard; and her siblings, Dr. J. E. Howard, Hazel Wyrick and Daphine Holder.
She is survived by: her daughters, Paula Conner (Mike) and Susan Russell (Scott); her grandchildren, Shaun Conner (Kimberly), Zac Conner (Katie Law), Cameron Russell and Natalie Russell; her siblings, Frank Howard, Martin Howard (Lois), Herbert Howard (Nina) and Virginia Shelby; and her brothers-in-law, Bob Dugger and Carl Dugger. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
