With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Trent McKinley Martin Sr. of New Market, Tennessee, who passed away on May 2, 2021 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Trent McKinley Martin Sr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his wife Ilene Martin (Pobie); his parents, Hal Martin and Alice Martin; and his siblings, Cecil Martin, Eugene Martin, Betty McGinnis and Jane Turpin.
He is survived by: his children, Trent M. Martin, Jr. (Shalea) and Vickie M. Ownby (Steve); his grandchildren, Kelsey White (Justin), McKenzie Tinker (Austin), Matt Ownby (Melanie) and Bethany McCarter (Edd); and his great grandchildren, Jonas, Lyla McCarter and Avery Ilene White.
In consideration of the health and safety of all those attending the services, Farrar Funeral Home strongly encourages all CDC guidelines be followed, including the use of face masks.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be given to George Street United Methodist Church.
