He is survived by: his former wife Betty Maynard McCoy; his wife Barbara Smelcer McCoy of New Market, TN; his daughters, Patty Hale (Jason) of New Market, TN, Susan McCoy (William Bowen) of Inez, KY and Shauna Ratliff (Jeremy) of Louisa, KY; his stepson Andy Bowen (Markie) of Jefferson City, TN; his siblings, Leroy McCoy (Phyllis) of Louisa, KY, Richard McCoy (Connie) of Inez, KY, Clyde McCoy (Angie) of Columbus, OH, Lois Meade (Roger) of Louisa, KY, Caroline Ratliff (Kim) of Warfield, KY, Ruby Gail Cassady (Randy) of Pilgrim, KY and Linda Kaye Moore (David) of Kodak, TN; his sister-in-law Ruby McCoy; and his grandchildren, Charleea Davis (Adam), Cassie Muncy (Dave), Bubby Sparks, Eric Sparks, Tinley Muncy, Easton Ratliff, Kaislee Ratliff, Parker Davis, Sydney Briles (Thomas), Chloe Hale, Jonas Hale (Heidi), Gary Lowe, Phoebe Bowen and Erica Moore.
