He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Crooke and Mary Rines Crooke; and his daughter Paula Lee Crooke Rebeiz. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Chandler Crooke; his children, Duane Shannon Crooke and Stephanie Chandler Crooke Bryan (Sam Bryan); his son-in-law Camille Rebeiz; his grandchildren, Emile, Elias, Hezekiah, Samantha, Elizabeth, Marianne, Benjamin, Kaleb and Kenzie; his great grandchild Joshua; and his children, Holli Doughty Pittman and Melina Rogers. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
