He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Finley and Gladys Finley (Jenkins). He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Finley; his son Nicholas "Nic"; his grandchildren, Desmond Ford of New Market, Tennessee and Ollie Lee of New Market, Tennessee; his siblings-in-law, Bonnie, Lloyd Solomon, Ralph, Sylvia Frazier, Sandy, Bill Covert, Fred and Miriam Frazier; and his nieces and nephews, Donna Frazier, Kerri Lee Finley, Emilee Frazier, James Frazier, Justin Frazier, Clancy Covert and Collen Covert.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Ron's favorite charity, Tennessee Baptist Children's Home, P.O. Box 2206, Brentwood, TN 37024 or Holston United Methodist Home for Children, 404 Holston Drive, Greeneville, TN 37743.

“I am so sorry for your loss. I wish I could tell you many stories of things we did back in high school. I loved his first car. That gray Ford fit him perfectly. I left there in 1972. US Army. I lost connection and missed out on many things. Please feel free to contact me if you want stories of high school.”
