He is survived by: his grandchildren, Kinzley, Korbyn and Brielle; his wife Cindi Keith; his children, Jade Liss of New Market, Brandon Keith of Amherst Oh, Cody Keith of Knoxville and Bradley Keith of New Market; and his siblings, Carol Keith (Bill) of Wakeman Oh, Dee Bohl (Stanley) of Wakeman Oh, David Keith and Sandra Keith of Vermilion Oh. He is also survived by his Wife, family and friends.
