He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Cook, Donna Henry, Thomas Cook (Deanna) and Brad Cook; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Todd (Vanessa), Jordan (Angie), Jacob, Adam and Griffin; his sister Wanda Lou Hamilton; and his close friends, Pat "Tippy", Hobby, Gayion and Steve Cook. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and many other friends.
