He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer McCampbell and Dovalee McCampbell; his daughter Tammy Holbert; and his siblings, Donald, Cecil McCampbell, Bernice Howell, Lorene Hanes and Juanita Petty.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean; his sons, Steve McCampbell (Julie) and Danny MeCampbell (Tonya); his son-in-law Danny Holbert (Angie); his grandchildren, Chris McCampbell (Ashlee), Alycia Goben (Andy), Marshine, Grant, Shayona Mitchell, Savanah McCloud and Chuck Robinson; his great grandchildren, Bentley and Aaliyah Goben; and his siblings, Elmer, Jr., Charlie, David McCampbell, Jeanette Collins, Margie Gann and Martha Cox. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
