He is survived by: his wife Whitney Marcum Cotter; his children, Nevaeh and Skyline Cotter; his parents, Lonnie Cotter and Karen Rudder Cotter; his brother Whit Cotter; his parents-in-law, Mitch and Deana Marcum; and his siblings-in-law, Brandy Holder (Josh), Mandy Marcum, Christa Hoard (Tyler) and Benji Marcum (Amy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
