He is survived by: his siblings, Stephen Duff, Marlene Gush and Pat Ward; his children, Julie Edenfield, Lori Thompson and Joshua Duff; and the mother of his children Beverly Williams. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and his ex-wife.
