He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Underwood and Charlotte Underwood; and his son Scott Underwood. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Underwood; his children, Eric Underwood (Rebecca), Rachel Jordan (Mike) and Heather Underwood; his grandchildren, Alexis, Madysson, Payton, Cash, Blake, Katie Jo and Corey; and his sisters, Tammy Long (Frank) and Debbie Hurst (James). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
